## 1.10.0 — Pixel companions

- A soft pixel-art model redesign for Felix + Ravi, made to sit naturally beside the classic gray panels, blue title bars and beveled controls.
- All seven poses, six outfits, eight expressions, three accessories and four Halloween costumes use the shared pixel grid and palette. Cookie flavors, reaching paws, blush overlays and the umbrella prop follow the same style.
- Crisp image scaling in the desktop and Android overlays, room, expression viewer, closet and portraits. Matching pixel launcher/tray icons and scrapbook illustrations are included.
- The 1.9.2 sleep/wake fix is preserved. Actual sleep pauses travel; walking uses awake eyes. Moods, rewards, saves, owner controls, themes and weather behavior are unchanged.
- Both native packages compile. Asset checks cover 1,008 body frames, 1,344 face frames, 16,128 face/outfit/platform composites, 504 accessory frames and 672 costume frames. All tested facial compositions match whole-character artwork exactly and preserve front paws and collars.
- Native phone/Windows runtime confirmation is still needed. The animation preview uses production sprite frames; the UI previews are design illustrations with example readings.

## 1.9.2 — Sleep, wake, then wander

- Keeps the 1.9.0 expression artwork and restores its automatic blushes, giggles, winks, side-eyes and sleeping smiles. This supersedes 1.9.1's broad change to the happy/sleep faces.
- Sleeping characters stay put: following, returning to a pinned spot and direct travel respect active sleep.
- Walking always uses the awake walking face, including when their remembered mood is Sleepy or they are approaching another nap. A remembered sleepy feeling can still influence routines; it does not keep an awake idle character's eyes permanently closed.
- Finishing or ending a nap resets the active scene and face. They can wake and resume normal movement without another interaction. Temporary face previews clear when an action changes.
- All eight expression previews, outfits, themes, weather scenes, economy, owner controls and save transfer remain available. No artwork, permission or save-format change is introduced.
- Native builds pass. Regression checks cover 166,320 expression choices per language, 23,760 awake-walking combinations, 23,760 preserved sleep-face combinations, 384 saved-sleep wake cases, and extracted production sleep/cancel/expiry/travel methods. Phone/Windows runtime testing is still needed.

## 1.9.1 — Original closed-eye faces restored

- Happy and sleeping action poses keep their original facial artwork before any automatic mood, moment or weather overlay. This restores the familiar eyes-closed smiles during head pats, sitting together, hugs, nuzzles and holding paws, and the original sleeping face during naps and shoulder leans.
- A saved sleepy mood no longer applies a continuously closed-eye overlay to idle or walking characters, including after reopening the app. The actual sleepy mode and routine choices are preserved.
- Face previews still last up to eight active seconds and remain available for all eight new expressions. Starting another action clears a preview immediately; Automatic also clears it.
- These fixes are shared by Android and Windows, including room and portrait selection. Existing artwork, outfits, themes, economy, rewards, owner controls and portable save data are unchanged.
- Regression checks cover 47,520 happy/sleep pose combinations, 384 saved-sleep startup/walk cases per language, and preview expiry/reset. Both native packages compile; on-device behavior still needs testing.

## 1.9.0 — A familiar little desktop

- A classic Windows-inspired native interface: square bevels, gray panels, blue title strips, original pixel icons, compact Windows toolbar and Android taskbar navigation.
- Fixed the stretched Windows footer action and removed opaque portrait backing rectangles.
- Eight facial expressions shared by all outfits. Automatic mood/action choices and explicit character previews preserve front paws, collars, accessories and costumes.
- Recent-city weather conversations, an umbrella prop, room-window weather, and labeled no-reward previews. Automatic completions reuse existing reward rules.
- Light/dark/system/scheduled modes, smooth transitions, Halloween toggle and save transfer retained.
- No new permission, save format, currency, account or network polling service. Existing signing certificate retained.
- Native packages and automated rule/art checks pass; new native UI/runtime checks remain outstanding.

## 1.8.0 — Your space, day or night

- A new blue card interface: Android bottom navigation and a Windows sidebar, with the companions first.
- Light, Dark, Follow system, and configurable scheduled dark hours; quick manual toggle and smooth crossfade.
- Top header with real local time and battery readings, plus optional chosen-city weather with °C/°F, caching, retry and provider attribution.
- Halloween remains a separate explicit toggle, compatible with light and dark. No calendar activation.
- Appearance and city choices stay local. Progress, game rules and the format-2 transfer codec remain unchanged.
- Added optional Android INTERNET permission; no location or accessibility permission. Existing certificate retained.
- Builds and theme rule checks pass; native UI/device testing remains outstanding.

1.7.0 — Little arcade + Halloween
- Three playable minigames: Candy Catch, Pumpkin Pairs, Lantern Lights.
- Candy rewards, once-per-local-day candy, best scores and recent result receipts.
- Pumpkin Poncho and Little Witch free; Ghost Cape 12 Candy and Velvet Vampire 18 Candy by default.
- Explicit Halloween theme toggle, off by default; optional seasonal mood reactions.
- Animated costume layers in floating pets, room, Overview and previews.
- Data v5 migration and portable format 2, preserving format-1 import support.

1.6.0 — Their cozy home
- Interactive room: cookie table, shared bedtime, moon lamp, collar adjustment and saved seat.
- Automatic routines, pre-meeting glance, ear flicks/tail swishes, idle stretch and drag-away reaching.
- Individual size sliders, quieter animations and relative pinned spots.
- Softer native palette, rounded controls and dialogs.
- Data-only .frsave export/import between Android and Windows with preview, backup, local PIN protection and checksum validation.
- Local v4 migration retains earlier files. Existing package identity/signing preserved.

# 1.5.0 — Their little life

- Five lasting bond levels from completed interactions; existing totals carry over.
- Paw holding, nuzzling, and a sleepy shoulder lean unlock at 5/15/30 completed moments.
- Automatic or chosen moods, idle gestures, wandering-speed changes, and mood-weighted automatic scenes.
- Learned snack, activity, and outfit preferences with special favorite reactions; three cookie flavors.
- Draggable home corner with a free rug, beanbag, bed, and moon lamp; free previews and atomic buy + place.
- PIN-protected home catalog prices, availability, and grants; ten eligible reward activity switches.
- New matching icons, including Android adaptive/themed/notification assets and Windows executable/tray/shortcut artwork.
- Versioned living-state save migration retains wallet, daily status, closet, scrapbook, and owner PIN data.

Both native sources compile. Economy, shop, living-state, migration, rollback, asset, and icon checks pass; C# and Java match across 4,000 randomized cases. Native phone/Windows UI behavior remains untested here. Samsung compatibility remains unconfirmed.

1.4.0 — SHARED CLOSET + SCRAPBOOK

Six new shop items: three outfits and three animated accessories.
One purchase unlocks a piece for both companions. Free read-only try-on,
independent equipment, and three free starter outfits are included.
Buy + wear saves payment, ownership, equipped look, and scrapbook together.
Owner PIN controls prices, shop availability, and free shared unlocks.

Added three outfit conversations: a compliment for Felix, a compliment for
Ravi, and realizing they match. The latest change waits until idle.
Added eight illustrated scrapbook pages, recorded dates, dialogue, and
milestone recovery from old aggregate totals.

New versioned wallet preserves existing values and prevents older copies
from overwriting the new closet and scrapbook. Owner PINs carry over.
Both native builds compiled; 238 domain checks and 1,512 art frames passed.
Native screens still need testing on devices.

1.3.1 — A NEW OVERVIEW

Overview, Moments, and Settings now share a consistent card layout.
Home shows the pair in their current outfits, the wallet, and a direct
daily reward claim. All seven moments show their current earning rules.
Owner controls remain PIN protected, with a shortcut from Settings.

Overview opens on launch and from the tray or a character menu.
The companions stay hidden and paused until the overview closes.
Existing wallets, owner PINs, outfits, and pair settings carry over.

1.3.0 — LITTLE ECONOMY

Completed shared moments earn +2 currency, once per whole activity.
Wallet, saved balances, earned totals, and interaction counts added.
Daily reward starts at +20, claimed once per local calendar day.

A user-created PIN protects local owner settings: currency name, reward
amounts, eligible activities, daily toggle, balance, and creator reset.
Owner sessions expire and wrong attempts are rate limited.
Android and Windows wallets stay independent. No default PIN is shipped.

All existing outfits, reactions, shared moments, and follow controls remain.

1.2.0 — WARDROBE + REACTIONS

Independent Felix + Ravi project and executable; pair preferences migrate
once into a dedicated folder.

Added three free outfits per character, with all seven animation states.
Added optional foreground-app reactions, per-rule switches, previews,
and custom app/dialogue rules. No window contents are read or saved.

All previous shared moments, follow modes, movement controls, speech,
name/effect switches, and the menu lifetime fix are included.

Economy direction: free starters, with future earned extras. Currency,
earning rules, and shop details await the creator's ideas.
